In most cases we use a professional deep steam extraction method which is the cleaning process most recommended by the major fiber producers and carpet manufacturers.

OUR CARPET CLEANING PROCESS CONSISTS OF SEVERAL STEPS:
1. PRE-VACUUMING – loose soil is removed with a powerful dry vacuum.
2. PRE-CONDITIONING – an appropriate cleaning solution is selected for you particular carpet type , this is important as wool for example could be damaged by the use of an unsuitable cleaning chemical product .We may also apply odor reducing treatments at this stage .
3. PRE-SPOTTING – stains are pre-treated with a selection of non toxic stain removal products.
4. AGITATION – the carpet is gently mechanically agitated to help the cleaning solutions emulsify soil and stains.
5. EXTRACTION – the carpet is rinsed by our power steam extraction machine to remove the emulsified soil and to fully remove the cleaning product residue. Our rinse solution is also specially selected for your particular carpet, for example it may contain a PH balancing agent to neutralize the cleaning solution and ensure no loss of softness after drying.
6. POST SPOTTING – any difficult stains are now treated to obtain full removal.
7. DRYING – air movers are positioned on the carpet to aid fast drying times.
8. POST GROOMING – the carpet is groomed to obtain the same uniform look it had when first installed.
LOW MOISTURE CARPET CLEANING
We also offer a specialist low-moisture encapsulation cleaning method where it’s appropriate, or if the customer requires very fast drying times. Encapsulation is a perfect choice for customers in high-traffic or large commercial settings that require regular cleaning.
